Rich Rodriguez and the Arizona Wildcats are gearing up this year to make a serious run at the Pac-12 Championship. With 17 total starters returning from last year’s 8-5 squad, they have every right to have their sights set on a trophy in Rodriguez’s second year at the helm. They have a stud, Heisman hopeful running back in Ka’Deem Carey and a majority of the defense coming back to make this probable run.

With aspirations like that, the camp that just concluded for the Wildcats had to be just a tad stressful. Not only were the normal physical rigors something to deal with, but it also had to have everyone on edge mentally.

With Rodriguez obviously knowing what his players were dealing with, he also came to the realization that it was up to him to take a little bit of the stress off their shoulders. And he did exactly that.

After many practices where his players showcased their football skills on the field, Rich-Rod decided to let them showcase another type of skill–their dance moves:

Whether or not Arizona can win the Pac-12 Championship in 2013 remains to be seen. But judging from the video above, I’d put those young men in a dance-off against anyone else in the country.
