After going 1-11 last year, the California Golden Bears now look like they could have a huge turnaround this year after a big win at Northwestern last week. Now they have a chance to double their win total in Sonny Dykes’s second season as they face Sacramento State. A decent passing game was nice to see last week as well with Jared Goff, and unless something major happens, there’s no reason he can’t improve upon that significantly against a lowly Sacramento State team, even by FCS standards.
