Saturday Blitz Vegas Big Ten Predictions Week 3

Miami (OH) Redhawks at Michigan Wolverines

Line: Michigan by 33.5

Michigan needs to prove it belongs with the better teams in college football. Fast. There is nothing good to take away from the Wolverines’ blowout loss to Notre Dame last Saturday in which they were shutout. Brady Hoke now seems like a sure bet to be fired at the end of the year, as crazy as that sounds. Devin Gardner still has to take advantage of his rare skill-sets, and that is something he will need to work on throughout the year because make no mistake about it, the loss is the fault of the offense.

  • The Miami Redhawks, meanwhile, are pretty awful themselves after an 0-2 start against Marshall and Eastern Kentucky. This is a team that can’t move the ball or score very well, so despite the way Michigan has struggled, the key for the Redhawks is luck and miracles.

    Prediction

Michigan is still reeling but could win this game in a blowout in its sleep. The Wolverines will not struggle against the Redhawks for one second, and Devin Gardner will look like he got back on track.
