Suspended Jameis Winston Came Out In Full Uniform Before Clemson Game

Maybe Jameis Winston is just an idiot?

It is getting more an more difficult to explain the antics of Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, who was suspended for today’s game against the Clemson Tigers for yelling obscene things on campus. Suspended players typically are not allowed on the sidelines if in the stadium at all. It would appear Winston didn’t get that memo.

Before the start of Florida State’s game against Clemson Winston was seen on in the end zone – in full uniform – going through pregame warmups. Head coach Jimbo Fisher did appear to realize Winston was on the field and dressed until after warm ups. Fisher immediately sent Winston back to the locker room.

The look of exasperation on Fisher’s face is pretty priceless.

It isn’t known if Winston will receive additional punishment for attempting to suit up when he was supposed to be suspended. One would imagine his week of practice isn’t going to be the most relaxing he’s experience.

Meanwhile his team is tied 0-0 four minutes into the first quarter after Clemson missed a 23-yard field goal. Winston’s replacement Sean Maguire has been off target on his first two passing attempts in Florida State’s lone drive.
