Saturday Blitz Week 6 Pac 12 Power Rankings

Washington unfortunately had to drop by not playing a game this past week. It’s not their fault. The simple fact is other teams had to jump over them based on head-to-head wins over this past weekend. With the Huskies not playing, they didn’t do anything to prove they belong over these teams.

Chris Petersen’s first squad is the anti-Pac 12 team. The Huskies have been winning by running the ball a lot en route to their 4-1 record, with Lavon Coleman racking up nearly 400 yards on the ground. But don’t sleep on Cyler Miles at quarterback. He may not be putting up a ton of numbers, but he has played very efficient, throwing 6 touchdowns and 0 interceptions on the season and completing 63 percent of his passes on the season. If he keeps that up, they should move up this list.

The rest of the schedule will show how strong this team is. It only has played one conference game to date, in a close loss against Stanford, so it has a chance to fall flat on its face or keep impressing people. Colorado, Oregon State, and Washington State should all be wins, the the Huskies have a great chance at quite a few more wins after that.
