The top-ranked Florida State Seminoles are taking on the Syracuse Orange and currently have a 24-6 lead.
A lot of that has to do with running Mario Pender. Pender is filling in for Karlos Williams, who is out with an ankle injury.
Pender scored the game’s first touchdown on a 12-yard run on the opening drive. Then, he scored again on a four-yard pass from Jameis Winston, to make it 17-6.
Unfortunately, Pender limped off of the field in the second quarter and has not returned.
