Michigan State vs. Purdue Live Stream, Game Info
Michigan State Spartans at Purdue Boilermakers
The Michigan State Spartans are in decent shape after beating Nebraska and could be back in the race for the College Football playoff. Defense is still an issue late in games with young linebackers, but it is getting better. The offense has to stay more consistent against a surprisingly good Purdue team because Darrell Hazell is going to limit possessions as much as he can. Connor Cook can’t get into those funks he gets into.
Purdue, on the other hand, has surprised everybody so far by being actually decent, culminating with a huge upset over Illinois last week. Hazell’s defense needs to continue to improve so his team can play the style of football he likes. The offense needs to stick with Akeem Hunt and Raheem Mostert at running back to pull out an upset win on Saturday. Using them to have long drives will be able to shorten the games and give them a chance to limit possessions, which gives them a chance for a huge upset.
