TCU vs. Baylor Live Stream, Game Info
TCU Horned Frogs at Baylor Bears
This is clearly the Big 12 game of the week. Can the TCU Horned Frogs pull off the upset for the second week in a row? They definitely have better wins than Baylor, but Baylor appears to have the better talent with the way they have blown people out so far this year. A lot about this game could depend on how healthy Bryce Petty is and how well he plays.
TCU has upset Top 10 teams and beat ranked teams on the road plenty of times in the Gary Patterson era. The defense has to play as well as it has been playing, better in fact, for them to have a chance at that. Trevone Boykin also has to use his dual-threat abilities against a Baylor defense that may not be as good as Oklahoma’s defense, so if he plays like he did last week, the Horned Frogs have a very good chance at pulling off a huge upset.
For Baylor, the game depends on Petty’s health and how well he plays. He still could be in the midst of a Heisman campaign, but he actually has to have a very good game Saturday to gain back some recognition. TCU is a tough defense to go against for this, so Petty is going to have to be very efficient. Baylor’s defense, meanwhile, which has yet to prove itself, has to step up as well.
