After getting off to a great start, things have gone quite poorly for the North Carolina State Wolfpack.

They took a 24-7 lead over the Florida State Seminoles but were outscored 49-17 over the rest of the game. They have since dropped games against the Clemson Tigers and Boston College Eagles.

That, however, didn’t stop them from landing an extremely important recruit in 4-Star defensive end Darian Roseboro.

Roseboro is a local prospect, hailing from Lincolnton High School in Lincolnton, North Carolina. He committed to Michigan back in August but decommitted two weeks ago, likely because he doesn’t believe head coach Brady Hoke will be back next season. The 6’4, 285-pounder could play tackle or end at North Carolina State. He also holds offers from the Alabama Crimson Tide, Auburn Tigers, LSU Tigers and Oklahoma Sooners, among many others, showing you what kind of prospect he is.

He is ranked as the country’s seventh-best strong side defensive end prospect, the fifth-best overall prospect in the state of North Carolina and the 112th-best overall prospect in the class of 2015 according to 24/7 ports composite rankings.

He becomes the 13th and highest-rated commitment in North Carolina State’s class.
