Washington Huskies at Colorado Buffaloes

Line: Washington by 4

Saturday Blitz Vegas Prediction:

Washington Huskies

This is another disrespectful line against Chris Petersen’s Washington Huskies and is simply an overreaction to the way they lost to Arizona State last week. The Huskies are still a very good team, and playing a group like Colorado falls right into their hands.

Like the Sun Devils, Colorado relies a lot on a passing game with Sefo Liufau at quarterback. Unlike the Sun Devils, Colorado has no rushing attack and no defense. That’s all the Huskies need to pull out this win against probably the worst Pac-12 team.

Washington will rely on their rushing attack, with or without Lavon Coleman Saturday, and the return of Cyler Miles at quarterback should help this team’s passing game. Colorado won’t be able to stop anything the Huskies are doing, so this should be an easy win.

Expect the Huskies to dramatically slow down the Buffaloes’ offense and move the ball at will on them. It’s unfortunate, really, because the Buffaloes are a lot better than last year, but they got hit with a rough schedule.

That rough schedule gets the best of them again on Saturday.

Washington: 31 Colorado: 17
