The separation of teams in the Big 12 are becoming more and more clear, but with three 1-loss teams still in the conference and none of them playing each other this weekend, we still have a lot of slicing and dicing to take care of.

This weekend’s slate of Big 12 games could tell us a bit more about the conference, or it could open it even further. The weekend is highlighted by West Virginia-TCU, two teams who are on a roll right now.

With both teams only having 1 Big 12 loss, this is a huge game, and if West Virginia wins, they are all of a sudden in the driver’s seat for the Big 12 championship. That makes this a huge 3:30 game that nobody should turn off.

But it’s not the only game worth watching.

Kansas State-Oklahoma State is another one that could potentially get interesting, and Texas-Texas Tech is a game between two teams desperately trying to stay in the bowl hunt. Whomever loses that game is pretty much out of any postseason play.

Let’s call it what it is: this one true champion model for the Big 12 is working to perfection and has created drama-filled games each week. With everybody playing everybody, only the SEC West has been more exciting to follow throughout the season than the Big 12.

The Big 12 is just as wide open.

And it will remain just as wide open regardless of what happens this weekend in some of the bigger games. All we will be able to do is get a little bit better of a read on where everybody stands.

Knowing that, here are our Vegas Big 12 Predictions for Week 10 of the college football season.
