Well that was an interesting weekend of college football. We still haven’t gotten enough of a sample to trim down the national title contenders, but we got a little bit closer after the games on Saturday. And Thursday.

This week’s list of college football top performers includes lots of offensive firepower. There are still some defensive guys on the list, but the bulk of the winners go to offense this week. We were able to find 12 guys who stood out over everybody with their performances, and most of them had a huge role in shaping the national title picture.

More from Auburn Tigers

A few of these top performers have been on here before, as you would expect, but we picked up some new heroes for this week’s slate of top performers. Our Blitz Points newcomers include a couple of guys who might be returning to the list in the near future, and there are a couple of guys that probably just had one shining moment.

But they provided us a great weekend of entertainment, and all of these guys made crucial plays when they mattered most. As we mentioned earlier, there are 12 players this week who leaped off of our television screens (or laptops depending on the games we were watching), and they all made amazing plays.

As with every week, our Blitz Points winners may not have put up the best stats of the weekend, but they may have made the most crucial plays for their team to win in addition to playing an amazing game. And their team had to win the game.

So with that, here are our Week 10 College Football Top Performers and Blitz Points winners.
