Saturday Blitz Vegas Big Ten Prediction: Wisconsin Wins 45-3

The Wisconsin Badgers have outscored their opponents by a combined 82 points the past two weeks. And they were against Maryland and Rutgers, two good teams who are likely going bowling. So imagine what they are going to do to Purdue on Saturday.

The Badgers will use their dominant running game to torch Purdue, as Melvin Gordon and Cory Clement both go over 100 yards on Saturday. The Boilermakers are much better in Darrell Hazell’s second season, and they have improved all year. But they still have a bad defense and don’t have the horses to play the physical brand of football that is required when you are going up against Wisconsin.

That’s going to lead to another Wisconsin blowout. The Badgers are playing as good as anybody in the Big Ten and possibly the country right now, as they have completely regrouped since their loss to Northwestern earlier this season.

They won’t slip up at all Saturday. There’s too much at stake with Gary Anderson’s team in the heart of the Big Ten West and Big Ten Championship race.
