Saturday Blitz Vegas Pac 12 Prediction: Oregon State Wins 42-28

We’ve been wanting to believe the Washington State’s record is the result of a few bad breaks that often come in a Mike Leach air raid offense. But that’s simply not the case now. They have been blown out in their last three games, and now they travel to an Oregon State team that is desperate to win in order to be in position to make a bowl. Oh, and Connor Halliday is hurt.

All of those things combined mean that there is almost no way the Cougars win this game. They are going to struggle on offense at times with a new quarterback, and Sean Mannion for the Beavers will throw all over this defense while Terron Ward, and Storm Woods if healthy, torch the Cougars on the ground. This will be a pretty comfortable win at home.

Oregon State is trying hard to get to 6 wins in a brutal Pac-12 schedule, and falling to 4-5 would all but dash their hopes of that. They have got to win on Saturday and will do so in a big way.

The Beavers pull it out comfortably.
