Saturday Blitz Vegas SEC Prediction: Georgia Wins 41-0

Careful now. The Georgia Bulldogs might have a championship to play for after all, which means they just might choke away a game even this easy to win. Okay, so that’s not likely to happen, but you get the picture.

Still, Georgia has a dominant enough defense and a great running game behind Nick Chubb along with an efficient quarterback in Hutson Mason that, even without Todd Gurley, they are still good enough to compete with anybody. And Mark Richt’s team is certainly good enough to dominate Charleston Southern/

That doesn’t need much explanation. Georgia’s only worry could be looking ahead to Georgia Tech since that could be a great game that goes anybody’s way this year. But even looking ahead, they should still have no problem pulling this one out easily.

The defense will pitch a shutout the way it did against Missouri, and once again Mason won’t have to throw the ball down the field that much as Chubb will rush for another 200 yards. The Dawgs will have an easy, fun day and then go home that night to root heavily for Tennessee. But more on that later.
