This past weekend’s version of ACC Football only served to jumble the teams more than usual, except for at the top. The clear-cut worst team in the conference finally got a conference win in a massive upset, the ACC Coastal Division was clinched by a team who didn’t even play, and the top team in the conference, who remains the only undefeated Power Five team in the country, squeaked by for another win.
Our ACC Power Rankings this week were shaken up again, this time at the bottom for the first time in a long time. The top remained the same, and it is becoming more and more clear who the top teams in the conference are.

But huge wins by Pittsburgh and Virginia this past weekend jumbled up the middle of the pack of the conference as well. We now have nine bowl-eligible teams in the conference and three more desperate to get there.
It has put a lot of these teams on an even playing field as they keep shocking us, and with one week left of regular season ACC football, there is still a lot to play for among many teams.
So with another huge shake-up, here are our ACC Power Rankings for Week 13 of the college football season.
