Navy Midshipmen vs. San Diego State Aztecs

Line: San Diego State by 3

Saturday Blitz Vegas Bowl Prediction: San Diego State Wins 27-14

Get ready for a tough, defensive bowl game. That’s exactly what San Diego State-Navy will bring you. And in a defensive struggle, San Diego State will win, shutting down that one-dimensional, triple-option, rush-heavy Navy offense.

Just recently, San Diego State had no trouble shutting down that dominant Air Force rushing attack that ran a similar offense to Navy’s, as the Aztecs won 30-14. This time, expect a much closer result. Navy is a more talented team than Air Force and has faced some stiff competition. It will be more ready.

But San Diego State is simply too good on defense to let the Navy offense do anything to it. It doesn’t hurt at all that the Aztecs are playing a home game while the Midshipmen have to travel to the other side of the country.

San Diego State wins and moves to 8-5 on the season, while Navy falls to 7-6 on the year.
