With the college football offseason here, Ohio State Buckeyes fans are probably still in full celebration mode. Have they stopped rioting yet? How much more damage is being done?
Anyway, there will be plenty of storylines going into this offseason as recruiting is now about to get firmly under way. After all, Signing Day is next month.
But given all the story lines and things that have taken place this past season, there are a few college football fan bases more excited than others heading into this offseason.
That excitement clearly doesn’t have everything to do with the success of the teams during the 2014 season. It may play a role in that, but returning starters, recruiting rankings, momentum at the end of the season, and coaching changes would all play a huge role in this as well.

It also doesn’t mean who the Top 10 teams will be either. Some fan bases could have a Top 10 preseason team but not be nearly as excited as another fan base with a preseason Top 25 team. It’s all relative.
Of course, at the beginning of the season, just about everybody thinks their team could go undefeated. But there are still some more excited than others.
So which teams have the most to look forward to this offseason? Which ones have fan bases already ordering season tickets, selling out their big games, and talking about things way bigger than they might have been just a year ago?
Let’s take a look at the Top 10 most excited college football fan bases heading into the offseason.
