5. Pittsburgh Panthers
Three Players: LeSean McCoy (RB), Aaron Donald (DT), Darrelle Revis (CB)
They may not be the elite college football program you think about anymore, but the Pittsburgh Panthers remain very well represented in the NFL, and they have been for years.
That has consistently carried over to the Pro Bowl with possibly the most elusive running back in the NFL, maybe the best cornerback in the NFL, and arguably the rookie of the year at defensive tackle.
The Panthers do not just have random players in this game. They have two well-known players, one superstar, and then the third player who is eventually somebody who could be a superstar.
And they are as spread out as you could be with a running back, defensive tackle, and cornerback. Not only are they all different positions. They all also require different sizes and athletic abilities.
Oh, and these players have also been spread out, with Darrelle Revis being drafted in 2007, LeSean McCoy drafted in 2009, and Aaron Donald drafted in 2014.
Simply put, this college football program still has talent and quite a bit left in the tank to turn out in NFL relevance.
That showed this year as much as ever.
