1. Florida State Seminoles

Ah here we are again. Even after Florida State loses Jameis Winston, they still end up with one of the top recruiting classes in the nation, and the best one in the ACC. Jimbo Fisher has proven to be a very adept recruiter for the Seminoles as he is able to keep Florida guys at home, as well as recruit well in other areas of the U.S. as well (Texas, California, among others).

The Seminoles were able to add immediate starters at defensive back getting Tarvarus McFadden, and Derwin James, both of whom have the size and quickness to be either corners or safeties depending on Fisher wants use his defense. Both corners stand at 6’1” giving the Seminoles unmatched height on the outside if he so chooses to use it.

Fisher also added perhaps the best receiver recruit in the country with George Campbell who can do it all. Campbell already runs a 4.4 in the 40 yard dash, displays elite hands, and knows the nuances of route running. Not only is Campbell an immediate starter, he may compete for all ACC status this year as a true freshman.

Fisher and the Seminoles has dozens of other high profile signings that will surely impact their team positively this year, some of whom may not see the field for years due to the talent they always employ, but one thing is for sure they need to find their quarterback because they do not have the decided advantage their anymore.

With that being said I expect Florida State with this recruiting class to be right in the thick of the ACC title race and for a playoff spot once again.
