During the week of National Signing Day, we love to celebrate college football schools who have great recruiting classes and also celebrate schools who win without great recruiting classes.

But at the same time, there are plenty of schools who consistently have massively underachieving recruiting classes, and that has been more prevalent during the Rivals era. Certain schools could be in the Top 10 in recruiting every year, but they will never meet the expectations that come with it.
