After Wednesday’s crew of 4 star talent that went Texas’ way or even went to Oklahoma or Baylor, what would be left for the remainder of the Big 12 in terms of Big 12 Signing Day? Would it be slim pickings for the likes of Texas Tech, West Virginia, and Kansas State?

This is where teams like K-State get names like Lockett and Klein, deep in the 3 star territory where ball is played in towns like Pittsburg, Kansas or Ponchatoula, Louisiana. If Wednesday was for the bright lights and suits of the world, then that afternoon belonged to the working class signees who come to Lubbock, Ames, and Lawrence.
