We would first like to send a nod to the blog Everyday Should Be Saturday, which did a great article two days ago on if Presidents Assigned to their Proper Schools.

The concept was brilliant and creative, and I’ll openly admit to getting the idea from them to doing a similar article. But this one is much less sophisticated.

What if college football programs were rappers?

That’s right, not U.S. Presidents, but a bunch of people who always claim to be Kings and Gods. Who settles for the presidency when you can be something like that?

In doing this, 20 schools have been compiled and matched with 20 rappers. There were simply too many schools and rappers to match everybody, so almost all the schools on this list have either had a national championship or an undefeated season in the past 20 years.

In fact, every school that has a national championship since 1992 is on this list.

And all of the rappers on the list have had a platinum album, and all but one have had a No. 1 album in since 2000. These rappers were matched based on success, personalities, quality, and longevity.

But like always, there has to be an exception to the general criteria of who gets to be placed on this list.

And there is just one pairing we could not resist, so let’s start with that one.
