Who are the best returning quarterbacks in the ACC for the 2015 season?
Entering the 2014 ACC college football season, everyone knew who was the favorite, and everyone knew who the best player in the league was. The answer to both those questions were simple. The best team was the defending national champion Seminoles, lead by the best player in the league and returning Heisman winning quarterback Jameis Winston.

These answers were simple for anyone who had paid attention to the previous college football season.
However as the Seminoles bid adieu to Jameis Winston, the ACC is now more open than it has been in the last two years, and the title of top QB is also up for grabs.
There are some teams who will be replacing their starters and don’t have a horse in this race now, as these are the best returning quarterbacks. Therefore teams such as Florida State, Boston College, and Duke who had above average QB’s in 2014 and have since moved on, are not eligible for this list.
With that being said there are some good candidates this year in the ACC, but this list is a top five returning quarterbacks in the ACC, so there will be some QB’s omitted.
Honorable mentions go to (in no particular order) Louisville’s Will Gardner, Virginia Tech’s Michael Brewer, and Pitt’s Chad Voytik.
Here is how I see the top ACC QB’s shaking out in 2015.
