Let’s take you through which teams in the Southeastern Conference will have the best thoroughbreds. Here are the Top 5 SEC running backs heading into 2015.


In the SEC, there are a few things that ring true nearly every season. Number one is that most teams will have great defenses or have playmakers that stand out from the rest of the nation. Number two is that there will be plenty of workhorses at the running back position.

In 2015, there are six SEC running backs that ranked in the top 10 statistically that are returning. These athletes will more than fill the void left from the talented receivers and quarterbacks who left last season.
