A member of the class of 2016, Hardman is the No. 99 overall recruit, 8 overall cornerback in the class and the No. 12 player in the state of Georgia, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings and has offers from the likes of Auburn, Florida, and Georgia.

Within the past month, the 5-11, 170-pound athlete has taken unofficial visits to Auburn and Georgia, and received offers from Michigan and Virginia Tech.

The Tennessee Volunteers have also been very active in the recruitment of Hardman. He took an unofficial visit to Knoxville last August for the Volunteers’ season opener against Utah State and was visited by passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni on November 7. On November 22, he took another unofficial visit to the campus, rounding out the Volunteers’ recruitment of him in 2014.

Hardman is viewed as a coveted prospect around the country as he has been offered by many teams including those mentioned above. He also has offers from the ACC (Clemson, Georgia Tech, Miami, and North Carolina), Big Ten (Michigan and Wisconsin), and the Independents (Notre Dame and Navy.)

It will be interesting to see where he ends up and how the team he commits to will use him. Measuring in at 5-11, 165 lbs., he has the body type to be an effective slot receiver or halfback offensively.

Defensively, he could be used as a cornerback in certain situations, especially if he can go up against a smaller slot receiver as he has the potential to match up well in that area.

With a plethora of offers, he has many choices at his disposal. Where he will end up going however remains to be seen.
