Five Teams Better than the Alabama Crimson Tide for Braxton Miller to Transfer to

2. LSU Tigers
Like Alabama, Florida State, and Michigan, Braxton Miller would have to compete for the starting job at quarterback if he went to play for Les Miles and the LSU Tigers.
But like Michigan alone, he would easily be able to win that starting job as far and away the best quarterback on the roster. Seriously, who would take Anthony Jennings seriously against him?
And Brandon Harris is as much of a joke as a backup.
Unfortunately, Miles’s history shows that he builds everything around tough defenses and limits his quarterbacks to simply not making mistakes in similar to fashion, but going from Matt Flynn to Jordan Jefferson to Zach Mettenberger has shown that quarterbacks can still shine in different systems under him.
So Miller could still shine at LSU and would have a much better chance at starting at LSU than Alabama, and Miles’s NFL quarterback track record, while it also has JaMarcus Russell, is actually still far better than Lane Kiffin’s and Nick Saban’s.
The best part about this is Miller would be coming into a very veteran team that will likely contend for a national title next year anyway. This team is loaded with talent, including Leonard Fournette, who is probably the best running back in the country, and nearly the entire roster from last year’s extremely young team is back.
If Miller went to LSU, he would immediately enhance the Tigers and be the one missing weapon they would need to win it all, and imagine the amazing rushing attack with him and Fournette.
It would be by far the best rushing backfield in college football. Oh, and Miller can throw pretty darn well too.
