All sports drafts have guys that all of the scouts miss on, and the NFL is no different. Here are the Top 10 potential NFL Draft steals for this year.


Who’s going to be this year’s Tom Brady? There is virtually a 100 percent chance that somebody will become a star from one of the later rounds. But it is always tricky to figure out who.

Brady is an extreme case. But Richard Sherman was taken late in the draft too. Shannon Sharpe was a seventh-round pick, and Terrell Davis was a sixth-round pick.

Being a successful draft pick is a combination of abilities, intangibles, and how the team manages that pick. Often times the intangibles and management are completely overlooked, and it is why teams miss on so many players. You think picking stars out of the first round is hard?

Try picking them out of the sixth or seventh round.
