Jimbo Fisher: Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader

Jimbo Fisher is a branch on the coaching trees of Nick Saban, Les Miles, and Bobby Bowden.

Anakin Skywalker was a branch on the Force Training trees of Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn in addition to Emperor Palpatine when he became evil. In fact, it is through a manipulation of the midi-chlorians by Palpatine and his master that gave birth to Anakin.

So, just like Saban for Fisher, Palpatine was the first person to be involved with Anakin. And he laid the seeds for Darth Vader, while the training of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan only improved his skills.

Just like the training of Miles and then Bowden only improved Fisher’s skills. But Fisher became a deadly force in his own right. And after winning a national championship and turning Florida State back into the evil empire it once was, Fisher is now hated by a large portion of college football fans.

This makes him a villain, and turns him into Darth Vader in the process. The drama with Jameis Winston the past two years has played a huge role in that. But being at Florida State is like being a member of the Galactic Empire.

And Fisher is not only a guy who learned from the best. He might have the skills to be better and more powerful than all of them, the way Vader was more powerful than anybody. Oh, and Fisher is unlikely to nearly burn to death and be forced to wear a burn suit that will cut his midi-chlorian count in half.
