The nation’s No. 1 wide receiver recruit is back on the market after Nate Craig-Myers decommitted from Auburn on Wednesday night.

There is a big-time shakeup from a big-time prospect. Per a report from Josh Newberg of the Noles 247 blog on the 247Sports network, five-star wide receiver Nate Craig-Myers (Tampa FL. Tampa Catholic) has decommitted from the Auburn Tigers.

“I just want to thank the Auburn coaching staff for the opportunity and seeing the potential in me. But I have decided to open up my recruitment,” he told 247Sports.

Craig-Myers says that he does not have any favorites and he does not plan on committing anywhere anytime soon. He told 247Sports that it will come at the Under Armour Game in January or he may even decide to wait until National Signing Day in February.

Craig-Myers is the No. 23 overall player in the class of 2016, the No. 1 wideout in his class and the No. 4 overall prospect in the state of Florida. He has offers from all over the map, but it looks like an ACC school may be in the lead to gain his services.

Florida State is now the leader in the 247Sports Crystal Ball projection with 45 percent of the expert votes swinging that way. It would certainly be a great fit as Craig-Myers is from the area and he may want to stay close to home. He would give the ‘Noles a potential, speedy deep threat to add to their already talented passing game with George Campbell, Travis Rudolph and Ermon Lane giving Florida State one of the best young groups of receivers in the country.
