Penn State has one thin blue stripe down the center of their helmets and royal blue jerseys with white numbers and plain white pants. Compared to other simple and clean uniforms across the country and even they are more lavish than the Nittany Lions. But they pull it off.

Having the names on the back of the jersey was only introduced in the first year of Bill O’Brien after the NCAA imposed sanctions on the program in 2012. Will they get numbers on their helmets next?
