No. 13 Florida Gators

The Gator logo is not just one of the best in college football, it’s one of the best in sports, on any level. So that automatically puts Florida among the best uniforms when you throw in that shade of blue for the jersey and the orange helmet with the script lettering.

I really started to appreciate their jerseys when they became a national powerhouse under Steve Spurrier and quarterback Danny Wuerffel who threw for approximately 19 touchdowns a game in that offense. The Gators were always on tv, whether it was against Peyton Manning and Tennessee, against Bobby Bowden and Florida State or in a a major bowl game. With so much exposure, it was easy to appreciate the visual appeal of the uniform.

From Spurrier to Wuerffel to Tim Tebow, the Gators have had three Heisman winners wear their colors.
