Georgia Bulldogs

Usher ft. Lil Jon and Ludacris-Yeah!

Come on guys, it’s Georgia. Unfortunately, the Georgia-related songs often are by artists from Atlanta and about Atlanta. But “Yeah!” is the face of the Hip Hop/R&B/Crunk sound that has taken over radio, and it is done by three Georgia artists. It may be the face of Georgia music this millennium.

For this reason, the Georgia Bulldogs should make it their fight song. Yes, Usher says “A-Town” at the beginning, and then there is the A-Town Stomp at the end. But A-Town could mean Athens as well, so just keep it like that.

And make the A-Town Stomp a form of symbolism for stomping on opponents. The fans could get involved by doing their own sort of dance with it. How epic would that be.

The background riff added in during the chorus is the part that could be the focal point of the marching band at certain points in the song, but they could also play the epic main beat to death. It would be a perfect combination altogether.

Bust this out next year, Georgia fans, and you just might get some good fortune heading your way to finally come up with that elusive national championship.
