Wiz Khalifa-Work Hard Play Hard

Wiz Khalifa is the hottest music star from Pittsburgh right now with the possible exception of Christina Aguilera, and her popularity is not what it once was. Also, Wiz has already made a name for himself representing Pittsburgh with “Black and Yellow” for the Pittsburgh Steelers. So now, the Pitt Panthers should go the same route and embrace him.

“Work Hard Play Hard” is the perfect song to hype you up for a sports team if you are going to play Wiz Khalifa. The beat of the song is sick, the hook is epic, and the content of the song makes you want to ball hard and go all out against your competition.

This one would require fan involvement. The fight song should start off with the band leading it off with the beat, and after four bars, the fans come in and shout out “Work Hard! Play Hard!” for four bars. Then, in this unique arrangement, the band comes back in and plays the chorus and the part where Wiz sings.

Pitt fans would be all over this, and it would fit for basketball and football as well. This has nothing to do with the state of either program, so it would be timeless no matter what.
