This was the promotional video for Lebron James back in 2009 that blew up to the top of the charts and help propel Drake into a superstar in the rap game. Over the past seven years, since Dabo Swinney has taken over as head coach of the football program, the Clemson Tigers have slowly made their way to the college football elite.

And they might be a year or two away from staying there.

Clemson is joining Florida State for elite ACC teams, and they have had no support from the college football elites. As Drake says in the song, it may not mean anything to the public, but they must understand that nothing was done for them, so he does not plan on stopping at all.

Clemson can sort of attest to the same thing. Nothing was done for them the way it is done for other big name programs, regardless of what that means to the rest of the public. But now that they are about to arrive, they do not plan on stopping at all.

This is going to be relevant for years to come because once Swinney pushes them to that elite status, they will not fall off the map.
