Lady Gaga-The Edge of Glory

In recent history, the Illinois Fighting Illini football program has tasted the edge of glory with two BCS bowl appearances since 2001 and one Big Ten Championship. And they have gone from Ron Turner to Ron Zook to Tim Beckman.

As the current head coach, Beckman, who has not tasted any elite success, appears to have many fans convinced that he is set to turn a corner in the next year or two and have the program on the road to having elite seasons once again.

So, Illinois should play a very exciting Lady Gaga song about being on the edge of glory. They are just right there and can become a very solid football program with just a few more steps to take.

Who would not find this song exciting?

The focus of the marching band would be the trumpets and saxophones playing the melodies, and the low brass would have to quietly play the harmonizing parts in the background. But that should be no problem. Fans would all enjoy this, particularly the part where she says “hanging on a moment with you.”

After all, they are all hanging on the moment together.
