This is not as much of a chart-topping single as some of the other songs on here. But can you get much better than this for a team whose mascot is a turtle?

The Maryland Terrapins already play the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song for everybody who watched the show in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Now, one generation later, a new crop of young people love the show because it has been revived on Nickelodeon.

So both will have heard this song for the movie, and it is by far the best song ever done for the franchise. The Terps already play this for games when their teams is coming out onto the field, but it is now time for the marching band to pick up the music and play it.

The song crosses enough generations to last a lifetime, as everybody wants to be a ninja turtle.

Musically, things would be a heck of a lot more percussive than many of the other songs on the list, but when you get to the chorus, you could have the band coming together to play the music. And the fans can all shout “Knock! Knock! You about to get shell-shocked!”
