Week 11- Oklahoma at Baylor

As we head into mid-November we will see conference championships on the line and berths lost for the College Football Playoff so the atmosphere and intensity should only be heightened wherever GameDay visits.

Oregon at Stanford, Georgia at Auburn, Arkansas at LSU, Alabama at Mississippi State and Oklahoma at Baylor are among the notable games this weekend.

I’d love to go outside the box here and go with BYU and Missouri playing at Arrowhead Stadium.

This game would take us to the home of the Kansas City Chiefs, one of the best NFL stadiums, and would be the second time GameDay made the trip with the first coming in the Border War game between Missouri and Kansas when No. 3 Missouri beat No. 2 Kansas and moved to No. 1 in the polls. For this game to get GameDay, BYU quarterback Taysom Hill has to have his team with one or fewer losses and Mizzou has to be in first place in the SEC east.

If that doesn’t happen then it’s an easy call to go with Baylor. The Bears are going to be a top-five team and score points in bunches so it should be a fun event at a school with a renewed sense of football pride under head coach Art Briles.
