6. Nick Stevens to Rashard Higgins – Colorado State Rams

Who would have guessed two of the best receivers in the country are in the state of Colorado? That’s the case with Colorado’s Spruce and Colorado State’s Rashard Higgins who led the nation with 1,750 yards and 17 touchdowns in only 12 games.

He was No. 10 in the nation with 98 receptions and was a Biletnikoff Award Finalist, but quarterback Garrett Grayson and head coach Jim McElwain are in the NFL and with the Florida Gators now.

New head coach Mike Bobo comes from Georgia where he was the offensive coordinator since 2007 and the quarterbacks coach since 2001 and inherits Nick Stevens as his new project at quarterback. He has 25 career pass attempts in his career so the sophomore is the biggest unknown on this list but Higgins is the best receiver in the country and is a threat to score every single play.
