College Football: 15 Bold Predictions for 2015 Season

The college football season is creeping up on us, and that means predictions are coming for everything from who will win the Heisman Trophy to who will end up being crowned the next national champions.

While those kind of predictions can generate water cooler chat, there are many more uncommon things to prognosticate about when it comes to college football. So many variables, so many teams, so many conferences, you can literally just go on and on making predictions.

What records could stand to be broken? What coaches could be fired? Which conference will complain the most about the postseason selection process?

This season should have some interesting twists with it being the second time around for the College Football Playoff. Now that everyone has seen how it works, they’ll begin to start really picking it apart. Lots of new coaches on the scene will also add to the season’s chaos.

So how about some really bold predictions to contribute to the mayhem. Yes, there will be a few typical topics sprinkled in this list, but some that will have me really going out on a limb. Mind you, no inside information here…just predictions based on gut feelings and longtime observations.
