In college sports, only a few schools are fortunate enough to have good coaches in both basketball and football, but even fewer have great coaches in both.
College football and basketball are two of the most popular sports in the United States. Each season, the two sports draw national attention for about five months each, and when their respected seasons are over, fans are dying for more.

In college sports, success derives from coaching and recruiting. Some coaches are better recruiters than coaches and some are better coaches than recruiters, but, having a good coach wins games and winning games draws recruits.
Only a select few schools have managed to hire elite coaching talent in both sports, and because of this, we don’t have a true dominant program in the two big college sports.
Recently, it was Urban Meyer and Billy Donovan’s Florida Gators who were able to win five national titles in three years, collectively, while at Florida, but today, we don’t have that one dominant program consistently competing for national championships in both sports.
Nevertheless, despite not having that one dominant program in both sports, the talent of college coaches is at an all-time high, and the duos have never been more dangerous. Here are the top fifteen coaching duos in college athletics.
