26. AT&T Stadium

Arlington, Texas

Capacity: 85,000

Record attendance: 105,121, in a game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants

What makes it great: The only college football games played at AT&T Stadium are big games, much like the Cotton Bowl and the Superdome. It played host to the inaugural College Football National Championship game in 2015 between Ohio State and Oregon, and it hosted a number of Big 12 championship games.

It is also the current host of the Cotton Bowl Classic, and has hosted the Southwest Classic, which is the annual rivalry game between the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Texas A&M Aggies.

Greatest game played: On January 12, 2015, the first ever College Football Playoff culminated in its National Championship game at AT&T Stadium between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Oregon Ducks. Ohio State wasn’t expected by many observers to even make the final four teams to compete in the College Football Playoff after Heisman Trophy candidate quarterback J.T. Barrett went down with an injury against the Michigan Wolverines in the final regular season game.

After a monstrous 59-0 victory against Wisconsin in the Big Ten championship game, however, no case could be made to keep them out. After defeating Alabama, fourth ranked Ohio State went up against the second ranked Ducks and trounced them soundly, coming away with a 42-20 victory and claimed the first ever CFP championship.
