Louisiana Tech’s offense is off to an impressive start and Western Kentucky would be foolish to key on just stopping the passing game. The man who gets the Bulldogs’ offense to click is running back Kenneth Dixon who had a terrific season in 2014, rushing for 1,299 yards. Dixon is off to another solid start this season with 106 yards against Southern, and fans should expect his workload to increase against Western Kentucky.
Should Louisiana Tech get by Western Kentucky on Thursday night, the Bulldogs will have a difficult matchup against Kansas State. The rest of the schedule is not as difficult as the 2014 season, when Oklahoma and Auburn was found sprinkled in on the schedule. Louisiana Tech has the talent to push for a 10-win season.
