BYU player punches Boise State player in the groin (Video)
A BYU offensive lineman gave the Cougars another black eye when it comes to on-field conduct after he hit a Boise State player in the man region.
BYU embarrassed the football program, the university, the alumni and the fan base last year when they engaged in an all out brawl at the end of the Miami Beach Bowl last year against Memphis.
And one BYU player was at it again on Saturday night in the showdown with the Boise State Broncos. Uli Lapuaho was trying to recover a loose ball when he thought the best way to get the ball out of the hands of the Boise defender was to deliver the lowest of low blows and hit him in the groin.
You can see the punch, courtesy of this Vine from KKTV’s Brandon Spiegel. Then again, if you have a weak stomach and don’t particularly care to see one man punch another man in the balls, then this is where I leave you.
To get a bigger picture of the actions that led to the punch heard ’round Provo, there’s this video, courtesy of For The Win that will let you see all the madness that led to the man-on-man crime.
