Nevada WR makes sick one-handed TD grab vs Texas A&M (Video)
By Doug Carey
Nevada wide receiver Hasaan Henderson had one of the best catches of the day against Texas A&M on Saturday despite Aggies cornerback Brandon Williams handing all over him.
Michigan State WR Aaron Burbridge remains the frontrunner for the day’s best reception, but Nevada’s Hasaan Henderson is definitely in the mix following his one-handed TD grab against Texas A&M.

Nevada has never led in the contest, but the Wolf Pack remained within striking distance on Tyler Stewart’s 27-yard TD pass to Henderson with 1:20 left in the third quarter. Henderson, who has five catches for 69 yards, drew a PI call against the Aggies’ Brandon Williams and still came down with the one-handed TD grab.
The score pulled Nevada within 38-20 but the Wolf Pack’s comeback hopes will likely fall short as Texas A&M opened the fourth quarter with a 21-yard FG to extend their lead. Still an encouraging effort on the road for Nevada, which looked like it was going to be blown out when the Aggies took a 38-13 lead midway through the third quarter.
Henderson has been a bright spot for the Wolf Pack, who visit Buffalo next week before opening Mountain West play against UNLV on Oct. 3. The junior out of Las Vegas caught six passes for 58 yards in last week’s 44-20 loss to Arizona to surpass the 1,000-mark in receiving yards.
