It’s the highlight of College GameDay, Lee Corso makes his famous headgear pick for the game between Clemson and Notre Dame.
The Corso headgear pick is the climax of the three-hour college football pregame extravaganza known as College GameDay. Each week ESPN travels from one college campus to the next and this week brought the show back to Clemson, South Carolina and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are in town.

In a meeting of two top 12 teams, the winner of this game will have a signature win on their resume with the hopes of impressing the College Football Playoff committee. Notre Dame running back C.J. Prosise has been a revelation at running back after the season-ending injury to starter Tarean Folston while DeShone Kizer has filled in admirably for starter Malik Zaire who is also out for the year with a knee injury.
Clemson is used to dealing with injured quarterbacks, but Deshaun Watson has been healthy this year and looks to make the first of what could be many Heisman statements by the sophomore quarterback.
