Georgia Bulldogs
- No. 19 Georgia at Tennessee
- Point Spread: Georgia -2.5
Sticking with the SEC, this will be a key matchup for the Georgia Bulldogs should they have a chance at winning the East. Both teams are coming off a tough loss at home and look to rebound with a victory this weekend.
Tennessee, who many expected to contend for the division this year, has been nothing short of disappointing. The Volunteers are mere 2-3 heading into week 6 having lost their last two games against conference foes Florida and Arkansas. Butch Jones and company seem to start fast but are unable to hold onto any kind of lead late in the game.
The Dawgs, however, have to get more consistency from their quarterback Grayson Lambert without having to rely on Nick Chubb for all their offense. Georgia can’t afford another loss if they want to keep their national championship hopes alive.
On one side you have a team desperate for a win in front of their home crowd and on the other side a team capable of a title run with talent that runs deep. This might just be the best matchup of the weekend that will come down to the wire. One things for sure, Neyland Stadium will be rocking in Knoxville this Saturday when the Bulldogs come to town.
