College Football Rankings: Predicting AP Top 25 for Week 8

Predicting the AP Top 25 poll for Week 8 as we move deeper into the second half of the 2015 college football season.

Two more undefeated fell from the ranks of the unbeaten after the Alabama Crimson Tide beat the Texas A&M Aggies on their home field and the LSU Tigers handed the Florida Gators their first loss as Les Miles’ team is the lone undefeated team left in the SEC.

A third undefeated team was 10 seconds away from their first loss of the year before the Michigan State Spartans pulled off an improbable win over the Michigan Wolverines with a fumble recovery off a punt attempt as time expired. They didn’t lead at all during the game but won the game in one of the wildest finishes you’ll ever see.

And the day got started with undefeated but unranked Memphis pulling off the upset of the Ole Miss Rebels as Justin Fuente’s Tigers team makes a big leap in this week’s predicted AP Top 25 poll.

But for the eighth time this year, the Ohio State Buckeyes lock down the top spot and the two Big 12 teams, TCU and Baylor occupy the next two spots and barring a loss to Oklahoma figure to be undefeated in their game in the season finale.

Let’s take a look at the rest of how I predict the AP Top 25 for Week 8 to look.
