5. Arizona at Washington – Sat, Oct 31, 11:00 PM ET
Point Spread: -4.5 WA
This is a strength on strength type of game with the No. 1 offense in the Pac-12 in the Arizona Wildcats taking on the No. 1 defense in the conference in the Washington Huskies.
Arizona averages 41.8 points per game. Washington only allows an average of 18.9 points per game. So which side gives in this meeting?
The answer to that depends on who Rich Rodriguez starts at quarterback for the Wildcats. Anu Solomon has 14 touchdowns and zero interceptions but he was removed in favor of Jerrard Randall who nearly saved the Cats from the upset loss against the Washington State Cougars. Randall threw for 137 yards and two scores and ran for 105 yards and I think gives Arizona the best chance to win Halloween night.
His dual-threat ability combined with the running of Nick Wilson could be the formula to crack the stout Huskies defense this year and give them a narrow victory on the road to get bowl eligible.
