Our list has used the term “scary” in a variety of ways, but no player in college football fits this term in the more traditional sense than Oakman. From his signature midriff jersey (#FreeOakman’sAbs) to his green mohawk, Oakman has an intimidating presence that would dare trick-or-treaters to take more than one piece of candy. He has all the physical capabilities that have NFL scouts intrigued. Oakman looks more like a sculpture than a football player and strikes fear in the souls of quarterbacks.

Things have worked out at Baylor after beginning his career at Penn State before off-the-field issues. He is an All-Big 12 defender and also the perfect fit for a character in a Rocky movie if they were to make another one. Baylor fans hope Oakman can continue to wreak havoc on offenses in the Big XII while NFL scouts are keep a close eye on this frightening defender.
